Diamond-back moth

Millions of immigrants from Europe are invading Britain and they have reached Brecon. Diamond-back moths, less than a centimetre long, have arrived in much greater numbers than usual. If little pale insects flutter away as you walk around gardens and fields, they could be Diamond-backs which have travelled more than a hundred miles to get here. Photo is of light form. Photo by Keith Noble.
